The Mission Web Store accepts most major credit cards and Paypal. If you prefer to pay via check, money order, or wire transfer, please email us at info@mission-engineering.com for ordering details.
Most Mission pedals are built to order. Turnaround time is usually within ten business days, sometimes less for standard models. It can occasionally be longer if you have special requests, changes, or during exceptionally busy times. If you need an order urgently we now offer an expedited service. Select the overnight shipping option and we will prioritize your order and ship via FedEx standard overnight. Your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. There is an extra charge for this service. The web store will calculate the extra charge for you. This service is available to customers in the US only at this time. Many of our resellers offer expedited shipping, free shipping and other services too.
Please email if you have any special shipping requests such as tour date or recording session that requires delivery on a certain date or venue address. Mission Pedals are available in a choice of colors. Current color options are black, red, green, metal and Pearl. If you have questions about which products are best for you, please email us at info@mission-engineering.com before you place your order. We make our best effort to handle change requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to process changes before your order is sent for shipment.
Pedals are double box packaged and shipped Fed-Ex ground for a flat rate of $11.50 to the US. We ship worldwide via Fed-Ex International and USPS. The web store will calculate and charge international shipping for you. Please email us at info@mission-engineering.com if you need any more information on shipping quotes. We have shipped to Mission customers in USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Australia, Lithuania, Brazil, China, Israel, Italy, Norway, South Korea, Africa, and many other places around the world.
Some countries may charge import duty or taxes for importing certain products from the United States. A sales invoice will be provided by Mission Engineering Inc to the freight forwarding company detailing the products shipped and net value (less shipping). The purchaser is responsible for any taxes imposed.
We want you to be completely happy with your Mission pedal. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days for a refund of purchase price minus shipping. All pedals feature a one year warranty. Any Mission product can be returned to Mission Engineering at any time for repairs, modifications or upgrades for a small charge. Please see the warranty terms and conditions for more information. Returns should be in undamaged condition and in original packaging. Please contact Customer Service for instructions and an RMA number before returning any products. Mission Engineering Inc is not responsible for return shipping charges.
